Harbor Wellness
Thirty-eight classes a week across six styles. Every level. Drop in, or join as a member - both work.
All classes run 60–75 minutes unless noted. Mats and props provided; bring water and an open mind.
Breath-linked movement, sequenced thoughtfully. Slow Vinyasa stays close to the foundations and emphasizes alignment; Power Vinyasa adds intensity, longer holds, and arm balances. Both are taught with clear modifications.
Best for: Practitioners with at least three months of regular yoga, or beginners willing to ask questions.
Long-held floor postures (three to seven minutes) that work into connective tissue and the parasympathetic nervous system. The pace is slow on purpose. The work is real.
Best for: Tight hips, busy minds, athletes on rest days, anyone recovering from illness or stress.
Forty-five minutes of seated practice - breath, awareness, occasionally mantra. Secular framing with respect to the traditions. Cushions, blocks, and chairs all available.
Best for: Anyone, complete beginners included. The hardest class to start; the easiest to stay with.
You lie on a bolster under a blanket; Saoirse plays crystal bowls, gongs, and shruti. Sixty minutes. No movement, no expectation. People often fall asleep. That's allowed.
Best for: Friday evenings, frayed weeks, sleep that won't come.
Classical mat work with a contemporary lens - core, control, precision. We don't run reformer; this is mat-based, accessible, and a good complement to a yoga practice.
Best for: Strength work, low-back support, postural balance.
Trimester-aware sequencing through pregnancy and a separate post-natal track for the first year after birth. Saoirse holds doula certification and works alongside two area midwives.
Best for: Expectant and new parents at any stage. Bring your baby to post-natal - it's part of the format.
A representative week. Reservations open 72 hours ahead. Members get priority booking; drop-ins fill remaining spots.
